and structural engineer, senior plan check engineer and engineering

manager in major municipality and private entity. Skilled in all aspects of

civil engineering related to building and safety business, major project

management, design and construction, hydraulics, soil mechanics,

hydrology, building construction, heavy construction, and design review,

He manages advanced civil engineering projects with extensive expertise

in but not limited to the design of reinforced concrete, composite and

steel structure.

He is a member of International Council and holds licenses for Civil

Engineer, State of California, and Certified Plan Examiner, International

Code Council.
